It manages expanding caseloads, monitor delivery of care, and track patient, partners, and system outcomes. It handles all healthcare processes from in-patient to out-patient. Below are CORE modules (note: other adjoining modules are not included below):

PATIENT MANAGEMENT

Every patient treated in hospital is given a unique Patient ID which is used in tracking visits of the patients and the retrieval of records. All patients’ data us useful for MRD purposes and highly secured with various levels of permissions.

BED & WARD MANAGEMENT

Extensive and flexible modules to create unlimited wards, beds with custom facilities settings and price. Bed Admission is by In-patient clinics, with history, complete in-patient record management system.

PHARMACY MANAGEMENT

HospiCarePro is equipped with Profitaa RX. A complete pharmacy system with Inventory, Multi-store management etc. In addition, it can be linked to main billing. As a patient collect medicines from the pharmacy shop, their chares are automatically calculated and transterred t patient billing.

LABORATORY MANAGEMENT

Radiology, Chemical Pathology, etc. HospiCarePro supports all Investigations and Test Laboratories. As the test is booksed at reception or sent by the mecical consultants, request is automatically sent to the laboratory. Lab can feed the result later and print attractive reports.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

All purchases, expenses, payments can be fed into this module. Receipts can be directly imported from OPD and IPD departments.

DRUG INTERACTION & ADVERSE SYSTEM

HospiCarePro contains the standard drug interaction and adverse notification system. This was implemented both at the consulting environment for medical practitioners and on the pharmacy module. It serves as an advisory tool for drug prescription, dosage and possible adverse to other prescribe drugs.

INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASE (ICD)

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is the standard diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management and clinical purposes. ICD 10 is incorporated into HospiCarePro during consultation.

DISCHARGE SUMMARY

After the discharge of patient discharge summary can be automatically generated with just few presses of keys. Laboratory data can automatically be imported. Specialty wise standard format can be set.

SECURITY AND RIGHTS MANAGEMENT

Users access to functions in the system is by access control. Users can ONLY go as far as they are permitted using the Access Rights Management. User Access can also be set to expire at a specific date and time.

MIS REPORTS

It will provide vital and key reports to management with graphical analysis of report. From patient registration, mortality/fatality rate, epidemics forcast e.t.c Reports and analysis can be generated at all levels of the system.
